we uphold the highest standards of integrity, enthusiasm and expertise.
At Unity Benefit Services, Inc. our goal is clear: to unite with employers and their employees and provide tax savings on the family costs of healthcare, childcare and eldercare from their benefit plans.
We firmly believe the key to a successful flexible benefit plan or cafeteria plan is employee participation. Likewise, we believe the key to employee participation is three-fold: education, convenience and flexibility. For these reasons, we uniquely combine the highest level of personal service with state-of-the-art technology to achieve well-educated employees who can easily participate in the plan in a variety of ways.
Our Values
Unity’s vision is to improve people’s lives by helping them save
money on many of their family’s existing household expenses, such as
healthcare, childcare and eldercare. As a result, Unity will also help their
employers save payroll taxes, lower operating expenses based on payroll, and
attract and retain quality people. Unity will realize this vision by educating
employees on their family’s expenses and assisting them in the enrollment
process. Once enrolled, we will process and reimburse their claims within one
business day and give them a choice of convenient options to access both their
account information and funds.
We maintain certain values which guide our way of business and ensure integrity, enthusiasm and experience. We personally believe our knowledge and skills are a ministry for serving others in the name and for the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
As our guiding principle, we treat all people with the same respect and service that we would expect to receive and safeguard all of their personal information as though it was our own. As a public accounting firm, we are bound by the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct. We believe the services we provide are valuable and important to others. With this belief, we have an enthusiasm about our services and love what we do. We have over 13 years of experience in working with the applicable IRS Code Sections. We are regularly updating our resources – both human & technological communication.

History
Unity Benefit Services, Inc. (Unity) began in May 2002, with the conviction
that both working families and businesses need help in controlling the expenses
of healthcare and childcare. Thus, Unity was created to unite employers and
employees in achieving the tax savings provided by the federal government
through the use and participation in flexible benefit plans, such as Cafeteria
Plans and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). The goal of Unity is also supported
by our personal faith in Jesus who taught, “Give to Caesar what is
Caesar's, and to God what is God's.” The government has provided us
with a way to save on the federal taxes of healthcare and childcare, and
our purpose is to help you benefit from this.
